Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping is based on weight with a minimum Shipping and Handling cost of $5.50 within New Zealand.

Please contact us for shipping & handling costs for all international orders.

Delivery Schedule: New Zealand orders will normally be sent to you within 5 working days. If there is an expected delay we will contact you.

International orders are generally received within 15 working days.

You must inform us within two working days of the goods expected delivery date if you think the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

Tax Charges: For orders made from New Zealand, 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST) is added.

Security of Information: Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

Privacy Policy: Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party

Need to return your order?

Customer satisfaction is number one priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return in same condition as when purchased with all paper work and we will replace, exchange or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable and the full amount of shipping costs by us will be taken from your refund.

No returns are accepted on goods returned in used condition unless already organized with us .

Cut lengths of rope, rubber, mono and the like are non refundable items as are books and dvds.

Brought the wrong size? It is no problem to send it back for an exchange as long as it is in ''as new'' condition. Please note that the return courier expense will be at your cost to swap sizes.

You MUST include a note with your name & details of the return otherwise we will not be able to identify your package - Therefore will not be able to organise a replacement, credit, repair, etc. Even if you have spoken to us on the phone or by email, the mail is opened by different departments so this is vital!

When sending us wetsuits DO NOT wrap them up tightly in a bag or box as this creases and damages the neoprene. A loose bag or box is ideal. If the suit is returned to us creased or damaged, this will be at your expense.


If you have made an order with us but would like to cancel it, give us a call and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, that fee will be at your cost.

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system due to processing reasons, including:

Products are unavailable

We have problems processing your payment information

We can't ship to the address you gave us

If your order is cancelled by us, you'll receive an e-mail or phone call which will explain the reason for the cancellation.

At that time you can contact us to try and solve the problem.

Your account will be credited for cancelled products and any related ship charges.
