Upload your pdf by going to: top toolbar > content > media
Click on the 'pdf' folder from the column of folders listed on the left hand side of that page.
Upload it to the "pdf" folder if you don't want to include it in any of the sub-folders that display their contents on various parts of the site.
Once you have uploaded it, return here and
Do this by highlighting the text, then pressing the link symbol from the toolbar above.
When this window opens:
Click on the square box at the end of the url link that has a green + sign and a paper icon.
Navigate to the "pdf" folder and select your file
Save this page.
Go to this page in the front end of the site.
Click on the link above.
The pdf will open in your browser, go to the address bar in your browser and swipe the address, it will be something like this http://emr.org.nz/images/emr/pdf/the-file-name-here.pdf
Paste it into your word document
