Cancellation Policy:
You will be emailed a reminder 7 days prior to the event to confirm your attendance. If we don't hear back within 72 hours your spot will automatically be cancelled.
We require cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the event in case you are no longer able to attend the event. The Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust - Experiencing Marine Reserves programme reserves the right to charge a fee for any 'no shows' for events requiring bookings that are free such as this Kayak Day. This is because late cancellations or 'no shows' affect our ability to offer free events like this in the future!
Experiencing Marine Reserves runs a series of free and subsidised events throughout the year - we rely on your support to make them happen. We appreciate donations, either cash/eftpos on the day, online or by giving a koha of your time volunteering at a future event.
If you are unwell or isolating please do not attend this event.
